How do I book?

Please contact myself via email. Projects are often booked a few weeks at least in advance before the project start date so please book as far in advance as possible.

What are your prices?

I work with pricing the individual project. This starts off by having a chat about your project and any budget expectations. Once I have a good understanding of what you require, I will then provide a quote. 

 

Can I pay by instalments?

Yes. All branding projects are generally paid for via instalments. A 50% booking fee is taken to secure your date in my diary. The remaining balance is taken prior to the release of your final brand files.

Is my booking fee refundable?

My booking fees are non refundable. This is due to projects being booked weeks in advance and sometime I have to turn clients away and should you back out, I could be left with a wasted time slot that could have been used by another customer I had to let down.

Do I need to brief you first?

My branding project questionnaire will gather the information I will require to get started on your project and ensure I fully understand what it is you are after for your branding. I advise you take your time answering these as your answers will direct me as to where to start with your branding. You are also welcome to send any images across (such as via Pinterest) if you find inspiration from these in terms of style and colour.

How many concepts will I receive?

You will receive at least 3 concepts. From here, you will have the opportunity to make up to three lots of refinements to one chosen concept. These refinements include minor changes/tweaks to your chosen design. If you wish to take elements of one design and combine with elements of another, then this can be looked at too.

What final logo files will I receive?

All your individual files will be sent via Dropbox in:

• EPS / AI 

• PDF

• JPEG

• PNG

I will ensure I cover how and where you can use your logo files and if any additional files are required then these can be sorted.

What if I don't like the logo?

It is really important you invest the time to fill in and provide me with all the information you can on the branding questionnaire so that I can get a clear brief as to what you are after. I have never had this happen, but in the very unfortunate event you don’t happen to like anything I produce for you, additional concepts can be produced at £150 per concept. This will be confirmed with you before going ahead. Payments will be required before any additional work is undertaken. To avoid this situation we recommend that you are as thorough as possible when providing your branding questionnaire.

How long does a Branding project usually take?

Generally a branding design project will usually take between 5-6 weeks. This can vary depending on things such as client responsiveness and rounds of revisions of course. If you have an urgent deadline to meet, this can be factored into the price to reflect the priority of the project.
